How Do Hot Box Recyclers Work?
All 6-ton and up Falcon Hot Box Recyclers provide work crews with the ability to recycle millings, heat cold patch, and reclaim asphalt. The process has three simple steps:
Coat the hardened asphalt with a rejuvenator
Fire up the burners and load the hopper with millings and asphalt chunks
Set the temperature to the lowest possible heat setting overnight
